How do you unwind after a demanding day?

I normally unwind by hitting the gym right after work. Working out after work for 45 minutes to an hour, is my therapy relief. At times my day can get hectic, however, I love unwinding at the gym. Getting a good sweat on, helps my insomnia I fight at night. It also helps me manage my pain from my chronic illness.
