I have observed more people who are falling into depression, or who are at their wit end now days. Times are hard, and when you can only afford the necessities, therapy is considered a luxury.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Even if you can’t afford a therapist, let me tell you a way that I used growing up. As well, as sharing the same technique to my teenage son. A notebook and a pen. That’s right, a notebook and pen is going to be your therapist. Now start writing how you feel.
When your writing, say the words out loud as if you were talking to a therapist. Cry and let it all out as you write. Then once you are done… be done with that chapter you held on to for so long. As for me, I had inner child trauma, and as a young mom, I caught myself in moments where I wanted to die. Parenting is overwhelming, but once I started writing my feelings on paper I noticed an improvement on how I was dealing with situations.
Journaling should be utilized for all those who can’t afford therapy. As long as your taking the step to helping yourself. This is your day one to start feeling better.

Legal Stuff: I am not a licensed professional or a therapist. I have used this technique for myself, and saw improvement for the 15 years I have used it.
