The Lord will never give us, more than we can carry. In my life, it seems like an understatement. Living with chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, being a single mom for 16 years, who all decided to take the leap of faith and start her own venture. Living and learning what my body can tolerate, is like a never ending rollercoaster. Did I mention I dislike, rollercoasters?

I am a 43 year old woman who is living with Chiari Malformation T1, Chronic ITP (rare blood disease) Fibromyalgia , Scoliosis , Chronic depression and anxiety. I have dedicated my life to help others understand these AutoImmune Diseases. I live a healthy lifestyle, by finding a consistent routine that allows me to workout and monitor my health on a day to day basis. I do not include red meat into my diet, for it caused my fibromyalgia to act up. I have lived and I have learned since I was 17 years old about how to live, without tiptoeing around my health issues. My mission is to inspire other moms with chronic illnesses and create a supportive and inspirational atmosphere. I live by the words, "The Best is yet to come" and "Always be the hardest worker in the room, the results will make the noise!"
