If I had a biography about me, it would be ‘Walking By Faith”. A survivor of childhood trauma, living with Chiari Malformation T1, 4 autoimmune diseases, in remission (2015) of Chronic ITP, and still working full time, and getting my daily workout in.
I would share my struggles as I do in my blog about techniques I have used to overcome childhood trauma which caused adult anxiety. Fighting Clinical depression, and coping with chronic pain. I share healthy recipes about anti-inflammatory foods, and talk about the foods that triggers my fibromyalgia.
Self love is learning to overcome trauma in your life by choosing a healthy outlet. Such as journaling, talking to a therapist, a good gym workout, or listening to educational podcasts such as Mel Robbins to teach you new techniques!
Together we can learn to heal and be comfortable to talk about it!
