Best Self Therapy — Exercise!

No matter what you are dealing with in life, once you finish any type of exercise you feel better. So my question, is why wouldn’t you want to continue feeling that way?

I have struggled with some rough days this past month, but I always felt better after a 30 minute workout. When I first started working out, I started out walking a mile every day. Once that became easy, I started walking two. I gradually adding more and more into my routine to get to this point.

I was one who wanted immediate results and had a yo-yo fitness routine for many years. I would start out consistent, but after a month or so quit. Does this sound familiar? The secret is making it into a habit in your everyday life. Don’t think of it as a chore…. Think of it as another job that you must show up to every day to.

Your health is your biggest enemy! Unhealthy eating causes people to become obese. I have been sick long enough to notice the pattern. When you’re over weight, your prone to diabetes, and other health conditions.

When I got first diagnosed with my autoimmune disease, I had already given the doctors the answer of being over weight as a reason for my sickness. Honestly, since I have been working out and eating healthier… I have helped cure my pain that I suffer with.

Again, the legal stuff. I am not a licensed doctor or a professional therapist. I have lived all my life with chronic pain, and with Chiari Malformation T1. I speak from experience and from research that I have read throughout the years.
