Going on my second week of having Covid, and my body is finally feeling like I’m regaining strength. I normally give my body a week. However, getting sick with the flu and two weeks later, Covid. Maybe, I need to change my routine.

I’m still learning my limits even when it includes knowing when it’s safe to get back into my normal routine. Which includes a high intensity impact workout four days out of the week.
Im allowing my body two weeks to fully heal instead of one week. I don’t think I allowed my body to fully heal completely since I was able to catch Covid so quickly. Since having a bad immune system, I have always learned good sanitary habits. I have several germx bottles in my purse, car, desk, and on my keychain. I try to stay safe knowing my body is vulnerable.
I will go back to my normal routine next Monday! I can actually say, I feel like my body is getting it’s rest. Im not tired, or fatigue. I’ll keep journaling my progress because this might help me in the future. You have this one body, let’s take care of it!
