I get tired of eating the same thing like anyone would if they had to eat the same thing over and over again. For some strange reason, I craved Chicken Alfredo the other day. Knowingly, that dairy is going to cause inflammation.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! When you have taken notes or have a food diary, you know which foods will cause what to your body. It wasn’t thirty minutes after eating, I regretted eating Chicken Alfredo. My symptoms were extreme bloating in my stomach area, uncomfortable feeling and pain within my body.
I wasn’t able to sleep good because my allergies were acting up. My throat felt swollen, and had lots of nasal congestion. Which these symptoms are normal for me during an allergy attack. I usually can take one Benedryll and a nasal spray (Flonase) to ease the symptoms.
I woke up in pain (fibromyalgia flare) which usually happens after I consume any kind of dairy products. Two Tylenol (500mg) and a heating pad usually helps the fibromyalgia flare on my back area.
My trick to realign my body to get it back Homeostasis is fasting. Yup, you heard that right. I fast for 6-7 hours not eating anything. I do drink water to flush out the toxins, and this helps my body to heal itself.
Tonight I will boil (for one hour) some low sodium chicken broth, one white onion, four cloves of garlic, 2 sweet potatoes, cilantro, celery, carrots, cabbage, ginger, turmeric and tomatoes. This is a simple recipe that is made up with vegetables that have anti inflammatory properties. I make this soup at least once a week to help my body. It’s actually what I call a miracle soup because it really helps relieve my pain.
Remember, I’m not a licensed physician, nor a therapist. I have been sick all my life and have seen at least 20 doctors in my lifetime to help find out what is wrong. They are human too, but to heal you have to help yourself as well. Do your research, and read about anti inflammatory foods. Add them to your diet, and remember to document the results in your journal.
