One family tradition that I use to do until my kids got older, was every Friday night we would do Pizza & Movie night! My boys would pick the movie, I would go to Dollar general and buy all sorts of snacks, like you do at the movie theater. It is one of my favorite traditions with my kids.
Another tradition is game night during the holidays. When the kids get out for thanksgiving or Christmas, we usually had family come over. We loved to play poker (kid friendly), monopoly, Chutes & Latters,, Uno, and Candyland. I really miss my kids being little, but they will carry this tradition to their kids.
