It’s exhausting fighting chronic pain day after day. If you think about it, their will be a time it will be debilitating when my body can’t fight this current battle. By eating healthier, non-inflammatory foods, and exercise regularly helps decrease the symptoms. It really helps at night when it’s time to sleep,
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!January is the coldest month here in West Texas. Today the wind is 30mph, and it is only 48 degrees outside. The symptoms I feel during a flare up episode is, excruciating pain internally from the tips of my toes to my the bottom of my neck. The Fibromyalgia flare up, if I have to compare it to an illness that most people experience is the flu. The chills, body aches, the pain throughout your body, the fatigue, and the massive headache. Those symptoms is what I experience at least three times a week.
It has gotten better, since I do exercise and eat a strict diet. However, it doesn’t eliminate the root of the problem. There isn’t a cure for chronic pain, only things that can ease the pain. It’s a daily fight, but I’m one to not to give in to my sickness. I take the days I need to give my body rest, even if it means missing work. Most people with pain end up on disability. My doctors suggested it, but I’m not one to give up.
I have goals that I want to accomplish in my life, before this sickness forces me into disability. I will continue doing my best to keep my body in the best possible shape that I can. I’ll continue going to my monthly doctor appointments to give updates on my progress. Your health is a 24/7 job that never ends until death. I know my story will help others who suffer from chronic pain.
