Go away for six months and work on yourself. If you can’t get away, then wake up two hours earlier than everyone in your household, and work on your goals. It doesn’t matter if your goals are to lose weight, to go back to school, or as for me a new career change.

Take time to put in the hours to become better on self improvement. Tweek your schedule to make the most of your time. If you feel like you get up and are constantly rushing everywhere. Get up earlier to allow yourself time to get things done.

Do you think people who are successful, sleep until 8am or 9am? The answer is no… some of the greatest wake up at 4am, if not earlier. Depending on your hunger or drive, you’ll make the adjustments. If not, you’ll make excuses.

Check your circle, if your friends make more excuses than results… then you need to make some changes. Surround yourself with winners, so their habits will rub off on you. If you want change, you are solely responsible for it. Not your spouse, not your kids, not your parents…only you.

2023 is the best year yet. Changes will be made, and I will show improvement. Even if no one believes in me, I believe in myself. How hungry are you?
