Turned out…. that my fibromyalgia flare was more than a normal flare up. It was shingles. I knew that certain demands in my life had made me become more tense with stress. That is life, right? Having disputes with your kids about grades, or wondering if your oldest has enough to eat on while he is working full time and attending school.
As moms, we are the glue who keeps the family together. We stress more than we should, because we care. However, our bodies respond to our stress in different ways. Take care of yourself… I’m praying these next few days will be better.
