When you are chronically in pain, you have your days. Not all days are bad, those days with tolerant pain days are as good as any other day. I’m able to tolerate my pain with the help of keeping my diet strict (no inflammatory foods- chocolate, all dairy, gluten, and all red meat)
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!I know that sounds strict… but it makes a difference when your talking about pain. When I don’t eat these foods… I honestly can say that I do not have any type of pain. No fibromyalgia pain throughout my body. However, if I do indulge in those foods, more than likely I will feel the affects within minutes. Red steak…. I know for sure I’ll be hurting badly the following day.
I have also learned that my pain isn’t as bad if my body weight is within normal range. I have fluctuated throughout the years with my weight, and by writing in a journal; I was able to pinpoint my ideal weight. I’m not super thin, by any means.. but my healthy weight is 150-160. Anything over 160, causes stress on my body. Unwanted aches and pains throughout my body.
If you’re dealing with chronic pain, I honestly recommend a journal to write down your days with pain, and what you eat. Also, think about losing 5 pounds to see how you feel! It might surprise you, what little adjustments to your daily life can do.
