Throughout the years, I have learned many techniques that has allowed me to manage my pain without turning to opioids. Yoga, or a 30 minute exercise has helped me in ways I never thought possible. Yoga allows me to stretch my body, while elevating my heart rate. Simple beginner stretches has worked for me, to the point I never went extreme.

Heating blankets or heating pads, have been used to ease the pain of my body and joints. Cold weather tends to stiffen my body up. Not to mention the cold making my body ache. I love the winter weather, but the weather can be ugly to my body. These are a few tips along with drinking a hot beverage to ease your pain.

CBD gummies also help, not only for my pain but for my anxiety as well. The gummies allow me to manage my pain symptoms naturally, while allowing me to be productive at work. Gummies do not give me the effect like a person who is first trying gummies. My immunity to CBD is extreme, and I have been dealing with pain for many years. If you decide to take CBD, always consult your doctor or start off with a small dose. Stay Healthy, Not High!
