I am a 43 year old woman who is living with Chiari Malformation T1, Chronic ITP (rare blood disease) Fibromyalgia , Scoliosis , Chronic depression and anxiety. I have dedicated my life to help others understand these AutoImmune Diseases. I live a healthy lifestyle, by finding a consistent routine that allows me to workout and monitor my health on a day to day basis. I do not include red meat into my diet, for it caused my fibromyalgia to act up. I have lived and I have learned since I was 17 years old about how to live, without tiptoeing around my health issues. My mission is to inspire other moms with chronic illnesses and create a supportive and inspirational atmosphere.
