A day without pain, is considered a good day. Living with Chiari Malfunction, good days do not come often enough. I remember, when I was journaling in my pain diary, the pain I felt was continuous for a whole month.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Thinking back, I’m blessed I have come this far. I have better control of my pain, because I took the time to realize my daily habits. What I was putting into my body that possibly triggered a flare up.
I have noticed red meat and dairy, really inflamed my body after eating it. By not eating those things, I actually have less inflammation. Who knew that what we ate, could trigger pain! Wish I knew this 10 years ago, but life is a journey of learning. I share my journey because I have been dealing with pain for 20+ years.
Finally in my 40s, I have a better grasp on my health. I am far away from being cured, but as long as I do my part to help my body…the doctors can better pinpoint what is going wrong.
