As I woke up this morning, I have the habit of laying still pinpointing where I feel my pain. The majority of my answers, are my lower head and neck area. This is a symptom of Chiari malformation.

Exercising in the mornings, allows me to start my day off on a good foot. The routine of getting up and being productive versus laying in bed allowing the pain to become worst.
As you walk, your body is releasing dopamine that naturally takes away pain and inflammation. By doing this, your allowing your body to help itself. I understand some peoples symptoms are worst than mine. However, we are all here to accomplish the same goal, minimizing our pain to live an accomplished life.
I sit down in my office job, and when my body feels tight or stiff. It’s a sign telling me to get up and move around. Our bodies are built to have mobility in our life instead of being stationary. If you feel that your body is in pain, get up and walk around. You’ll be surprised how better you will feel!
