New schedule since my son is starting two-a-days. I’m starting my day out by waking at 5:45am and once I drop my child off at practice, I head to the gym.

I’m not a morning person, but I have noticed when I start my day off by working out. My whole day is a lot better. My pain throughout my body is manageable.

I am feeling more fatigue today, because I have gone hard the past two days. This is a normal sign for mid-week fatigue. Last day of camp and it’s back to school on Monday. This new schedule will cause me to be tired until it becomes habit.
