Between assisting two camp sessions at the gym, and working out myself. I was doing whatever it took to make it to the weekend. I didn’t have a normal rest day, since I worked at the insurance office. However, this evening I was able to squeeze a quick walk around my neighborhood with my dog.

I have noticed my body rest better at night, when I walk or do something active. When I don’t get a workout in, my body wants to tighten up which causes pain. Doctors can help you to an extent, but it’s honestly up to you. I hope everyone has a restful weekend, and get the rest their body desires. We will start back on routine on Monday!
