When you are feeling and looking your best, your going to perform your best. After having kids, or an illness, as mom’s we sometimes lose our self worth. We gain weight, and then other problems pop up. Such as high cholesterol, blood pressure, and your body “engine light” comes on.

Medication throughout the years, always made me gain an extra 15 pounds. I felt horrible, my pain level was excruciating, and I hated the way I looked. So I made the decision to start caring about my health. Once my health became better, my body became healthier, and I started loving the woman I was becoming. Self love!
