Finished the week out strong, and completed Day 2 of training. Two weeks did my body good, but I felt so outta shape. Especially, when I started to jog on the treadmill.

I always warmup on the treadmill. I am 43, and have yet to have any knee or ankle problems. I truly believe it is because I allowed my body to warm up so I wouldn’t injure myself.
I allow myself to start off with a fast pace walk, then slowly work my way up. The last 5 minutes of the warmup is usually when I jog. However, I didn’t last 2 minutes today, and I was already out of breathe.
Not going to be disappointed about it, because progress is progress. Big or small, and my progress was I made it to the gym after being out a week and a half. I might not be able to run today, but tomorrow is a new day. I’ll work my way up again! It is me versus me!
