This morning was a “No show” for anything. My body feels more tired than it did yesterday. I had to sleep off the inflammation that came with the morning fatigue. Took two Tylenol and fell back asleep. When I woke, I took a semi-hot shower to help with the stiffness.

This pain is indescribable. I made the mistake for saying to my doctors, that I’m just in pain. Instead of, my body is so inflamed that it feels like shingles from my neck to shoulders to my tailbone. Unless you had shingles or an autoimmune disease, you might not be able to relate. I know my parents didn’t there at first. It was hard for them to understand, as they were new to this illness.

It’s hard to believe that someone can be in that much pain, and still show up with a smile on there face. Unless we look sick, it’s hard for people to understand an invisible illness.
