Today didn’t start out as planned, since I woke up at 2am fighting a migraine. I don’t get these migraines as much as I did, and I honestly don’t know why. I still take my meds, but depending on what I’m going through in my life or at work. It seems to effect me.

As much as I would love to be in the gym this week, I have learned that my body is healing. The best medication is rest. Since I’m not going to the gym, I am eating healthy to not gain weight. As you become older, weight finds you no matter what. Staying consistent at the gym helps me maintain a healthy, tone physique.
It’s hard when your life changes drastically due to an illness. However, don’t give up on yourself. Make the appropriate changes to fit your lifestyle. Small progress is still progress, you just have to believe in yourself.
