This is the second Sunday, that my body slept past noon. I know that I rested yesterday, but my body is still trying to catch up on rest.

I woke up at 12, and started cleaning since I had some energy. Cleaning usually takes 3 to 4 spoons. I’m blessed that my husband, helps me with laundry. That 3 spoons that I can keep.
I had to drive to check on my parents, which took 3 spoons. Came back, watered my garden and plants which took 2 spoons. As of 3 o’clock, I have already used 9 spoons out of 12 . The weather is cloudy, and looks as though we will get rain… my body felt the change before I saw it.
As I lay here, writing this blog and trying to stay awake. I can honestly say, today isn’t one of my best days. However, this is what I go through everyday. I push through the pain and fatigue to make things happen. I love aromatherapy, (lavender, and lemongrass) and meditation.
When I feel inflammation, I try to take CBD gummies (Hybrid-my personal choice), and do yoga to stretch my body. Even taking a warm shower or bath, helps relaxes me. These are some tactics I have used throughout the years. If I need to take pain pills, I choose the regular Tylenol 500mg.
