After sleeping for 16 hours straight… yes, you read that right. Sometimes there is one day out of the week that my body uses to catch up on much needed rest. Past few days, I haven’t slept good and still pushed my body through work, and a full body workout. I knew I was tired, because I was starting to get headaches.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!I usually make it to church on Sundays, but today my body was tired. So, I slept since this will be the only day I’ll be able to get it in. I woke up at noon, and felt really rested and had no pain.
When you have an autoimmune disease, and your feeling crappy…ask yourself: Did I sleep good last night? Did I get less than 8 hours? Did I eat something I was allergic too? If you can answer those questions, that’s a start on getting a handle on your health!
