Have you ever woke up, and couldn’t breathe out of your nose? Your allergies are on high alert because you fell asleep with the fan blowing on you. You wake up congested, breathing out of only one nostril. Your eyes are hurting because of the sinus pressure, and you feel completely like poo.

This was my morning… instead of getting up and going straight to the gym. I rolled over to turn off the alarm, and went back to sleep before work. This wasn’t the start I wanted, but when I finally woke I did feel better. Sleeping is a crucial part of determining what kind of day I’m going to have. If I have a great night, it’s going to be a great day. If I have a bad night, then my day isn’t going to go as well. Mostly because I skipped my workout.

My workout sets my mood. It brings happiness and peace that I desire. Today didn’t start like I wanted, but it wasn’t bad. Tomorrow is a new day, and I learned a valuable lesson last night… don’t sleep with the fan directly on you.
