This past week, I had a different routine. Until my body gets use to working out in the mornings, I’m having to listen to my body. Normally, when I didn’t work, I would exercise Monday through Friday. However, I didn’t work and was able to give my body the adequate rest after a hard workout.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Since I started working, I’m going to the gym at 6:45am, and then get ready to go to work. I no longer am able to give my body the rest it was use to. Today, my body was fatigued and exhausted. Instead, of going to the gym.. I slept in giving my body a few more hours of rest.
This is perfectly fine. My body will adjust to my new schedule and I will bounce back to working out Monday-Friday, again. Living with an autoimmune, our bodies require a lot of rest. So give your body the rest. I have learned if I don’t listen to my body, it will force me to listen by becoming really sick. I learned the hard way, but I’m glad I learned. I have fewer bad days, and more good days.
