Yesterday, I felt really tired from not getting a good nights rest. My husband wanted to be thoughtful and cook dinner. However, he still follows the instructions and when the recipe asked for milk. He added it, instead of substituting milk with almond milk.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! After I ate, I immediately knew something didn’t feel right. My body (shoulders and back) was feeling inflamed. I thought of what I ate, and asked “Did you use milk?” It confirmed my suspension, and why I felt like crap.
All night I tossed and turned, and even missed the morning at work. Not a good impression especially for the second week. I absolutely love the routine, and how smooth everything is going since I started back to work.
Life with chronic illness isn’t always going to be good. You learn what you can and cannot do, in order to minimize the daily pain. It can get discouraged, but honestly don’t give in to the sickness. Learn to rest, not quit!
