I honestly felt like I was going no where. Just doing my new routine, since i stopped working. It consist of waking up, taking my child to school, going to workout and lift weights, visiting family, return home for lunch, shower & nap, pick up my child, cook dinner, relax until bedtime, then repeat. It has honestly been an easy going routine with results. I might not have been making an income, but I was actually documenting my fitness Journey. In February, I weighed 175 and my doctor took me off of Lyrica. My neck was swollen, my face was full, my body looked swollen. After two weeks of being off of the medication, my body started shedding water weight. I lost six pounds, but hit a plateau.
It wasn’t until the end of April, when I got serious of my taking back my life. Also, meaning I was going to be self sufficient again, somehow! So I started researching about blogging.
