As women we seem to always be looking for ways to lose stubborn body fat. If you take medication, like I do, then you know it’s a struggle to maintain or loss weight. It wasn’t until I started competing in the Ms Health & Fitness Competition, that I really tried to research ways to lose weight without inflammation.
