Women over 40, Living with Chronic pain…This book helped!

As women we seem to always be looking for ways to lose stubborn body fat. If you take medication, like I do, then you know it’s a struggle to maintain or loss weight. It wasn’t until I started competing in the Ms Health & Fitness Competition, that I really tried to research ways to lose weight without inflammation. This book allowed me to try a new technique, that honestly got my body and hormones back on track! As a female, who lives with daily pain, this book gave me incite. It allowed me to know the foods that were inflammatory and anti-inflammatory to my body. Once I started taking control of what and when, everything else took its course.

I live with Chiari Malformation T1, Chronic ITP, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, anxiety and depression. Basically my body is always in pain, but I was not going to let it ruin my life. Reading this book, along with eating healthy and fitness trading, I’m living my best life!
