How Rest is crucial for our bodies! Muscles heal and repair during this process.

Amazing how our bodies react when it doesn’t get the adequate rest it needs. It sucks everything out of you, because your so tired. Last night, for some reason, I tossed and turned all night long. Got up to let the dog out, and just couldn’t get comfortable until it was already 5am. Sounds familiar?

When you actually can sleep, your sleeping past your routine schedule, of 8:30. You roll out of bed, around 10:30, and rush to change to get to your fitness class. Your so tired that you give a 100% but on a good day it would 75%.

Getting the adequate rest (6-8hrs), is crucial for your body to heal, and repair. By not getting the correct amount of sleep, caused me to drag. I’ll feel drained all day, until it’s time to go to bed tonight. Praying I sleep well, because sleep affects my overall health. I’m not smiling, or happy, or ready to conquer the world today. That’s life, don’t get depressed about it. Make sure you rest and eat clean, to help your body repair itself from yesterdays and todays workout.

Not everyday will be perfect, but we can make it the best out it!
