It’s been awhile since I did a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that my legs felt like lead. Sometimes what we put into our bodies, has a big impact of how your body will respond. For example, my body flaring up from fibromyalgia, after eating any type of red meat or having dairy products. This weekend, I enjoyed several shots while celebrating 43 years of life! Five years ago, I honestly didn’t think I would have made it this far, but here I am!
My body, since not eating dairy or red meat, has felt tremendously better. Fewer to no flares at all, and I’m able to enjoy everyday activities. Not in a million years, did I ever thought that what I was eating was causing my pain. I went to doctors upon doctors trying to find out the cause. The past 10 years, I have experienced a roller coaster of a ride with new medications and holistic ways of trying to cope.
